Sadly, I am one of only a handful of full time real estate agents in this area. Due to the lack of licensing and the transient nature of this market, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people that say they sell real estate. The good news for you is you get the benefit of my education, experience and legal team. On top of that, I live here full time and will not abandon you during the months that most part-timers leave.

In 2007, Christie, my wife (of 21 years), and I were so dissatisfied with the way real estate clients were served on the north shore, that we started our own real estate company. We believed - and still do - that foreign and local buyers and sellers would appreciate professional, honest, and ethical service and felt that we would need to start a company from the ground up to meet these basic service requirements...which are not required or legislated in Mexico.
